During our New Year's stay, we appreciated the serene atmosphere of the place. the friendly staff provided us with free breakfast every morning and went out of their way to get us drinks whenever we requested. the pool was the best part, very relaxing and inviting. the local markets were a right fit for bagging some great deals.
We would have liked if the cleaning staff were more attentive. the bathroom was quite dirty and the floor was sticky, which was off-putting.

The location of this hotel was very convenient, with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. the rooms were comfortable and had plenty of space for our group. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty.
The cleanliness of the bathrooms left something to be desired.

I loved the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel like I could ask them anything. They even took me around on the back of their bike to different places, which was super convenient for me. The pool was great for a quick swim and the location was perfect - close to shops, cafes, and a yoga studio. Plus, my room was spacious and comfortable.
Cannot find any fault.

The quiet and relaxing atmosphere was the perfect escape I needed during the busy Christmas season. The staff was helpful and accommodating, always willing to offer suggestions for nearby restaurants and attractions. I particularly enjoyed the warm swimming pool and the fact that there were plenty of shopping options within walking distance of the hotel. The cozy room and comfortable bed made for a good night's rest.
Although the hotel had its good points, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of attention to cleanliness. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there were a few too many bugs for my liking.
